A2K volunteers provide streetscape design proposals, raise funds, stimulate volunteerism and assist the City in refinement of planning guidelines. Since 2007, IRB Action 2000, in conjunction with the Plein Aire Cottage Artists, have been presenting the coveted Preservation Awards to residences and businesses that are dedicated to the spirit of maintaining and preserving properties reminiscent of the small town atmosphere of Indian Rocks Beach.  Over 40 Preservation Awards have been presented!
